Since September 1st 2009, RYTZ DAVOINE law firm has become SOLUTIONS AVOCATS !

The SOLUTIONS AVOCATS law firm has the advantage of having offices both in Geneva and Nyon. The interests of the firm’s clients can therefore be defended before the Geneva and Vaudois jurisdictions, the SOLUTIONS AVOCATS lawyers are experts in civil, administrative and criminal procedures in both cantons.

The SOLUTIONS AVOCATS lawyers counsel their Swiss and international clients in conducting affairs on the transactional and judiciary procedural levels.

SOLUTIONS AVOCATS is, in effect, made up of experienced professionals who, besides their abilities in the judicial domains, benefit from complimentary trainings and are in a position to bring its clients’ projects to fruition, through appropriate judicial support. All of the firm’s lawyers hold degrees in Swiss Law, and most have studied abroad as well.

On the other hand, SOLUTIONS AVOCATS was born out of two childhood friends, Pascal Rytz and Gilles Davoine, who in their turn associated themselves with a lawyer they had known for many years, Michel Chevalley. Then the RYTZ DAVOINE law firm did merge with Cyril Allen's law firm in order to create SOLUTIONS AVOCATS.

These four partners share the same vision of life, a common philosophy and similar working methods. The distinguishing qualities that mark this firm are without a doubt the equilibrium, understanding and harmonized structure within the firm.
